The hotel was a mix of history and coziness, with rooms that needed an upgrade while carrying the memory of Amelia Earhart's stay in 1928. They were a bit warm and small, yet cozy.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were in need of an upgrade and felt dated, reminiscent of Amelia Earhart's stay in 1928. They were a bit too warm and small.
Service
8.0
The service was good, with helpful staff offering room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. A welcome drink added a nice touch.
Location
9.0
The location was very good for walks and close to Carmarthenshire's beautiful countryside, Pembrey Park, horse riding, and the lively harbor of Burry Port.
Dining
7.0
The dining was on the large side, catering for a ceoliac diet, but pricey and not up to expected quality. Despite amazing options, the early last orders may limit leisurely mornings.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel lacked enough info on the area, but the clean accommodation and friendly staff added value to the stay.

My three-night stay at this hotel in a ‘superior' room was clean and comfortable; however, the venue felt a bit tired. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious, making for a cozy stay overall.

The hotel was lovely and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean, spacious, but the view overlooked a large flat roof. The basics were there like a tea and coffee tray, TV, and bathroom toiletries. The food was great and the room service was spot on, making it feel like a 5-star hotel.
